Just beware online shoppers do not use this company, they also trade under SBR sports, they have taken my money and not shipped my goods, further more when i have a look at my online account it shows no order history or outstanding orders, they don't answer their phones or respond to e mails, all i got for my money was a confirmation e mail. Hope this saves at least one other person losing out, online retailers like them give others a bad name and don't deserve to stay in business.

I have heard a fair few stories about Bonthrone and none of them good.

I would contact Ebay, Paypal and leave negative Feedback.

Paypal are usually good and will get your money back.

They went bust once already, sounds like they're having a good attempt at a second shot!
You don't say how you paid - after 4 weeks, contact your credit card company if still no joy.
Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..

I've sent them a couple of emails enquiring about stuff on their website in the last couple of weeks - none have been answered.

I did place an order before Xmas which was eventually fulfilled to my satisfaction but it was a bit of a saga and i would never use them again without knowing that the item was actually in stock in the first place.

I think montydog may be correct - sounds like there is trouble ahead...

I bought a Gary Fisher MTB off them approx three years ago without any problems.

It arrived on time and was as described (and had a hefty discount off the RRP).

It would be wise to use caution given their history though - I seem to recall there was a big sale a couple of years ago when they went into administration.
