Design me a bike

Well sort of anyway...
I'm in the market for a new bike and I've got a few options open to me.
1. TCR Advance 1
2. TCR Advance 2 + £440 on components
3. TCR Advance 3 + £570 on components
4. At a bit of a pinch, possibly a TCR Advance SL 2
Component wise I'm most likely thinking about a wheelset upgrade, although I'm open to other suggestions. I do half my riding in county durham, so reasonably hilly, and the other half in cambridgeshire so I'm unsure on what type of wheels to go for. I'm only a Cat4 so the majority of my racing is flattish circuits which might be significant although could yet change. I can get Easton wheels at 30% off but anything else is full price.
I've previously been riding a TCR Advance 3 with no upgrades and love/loved it to bits. I'm quite happy with 105, although I am tempted by Force.
Way to many options for me to consider everything, so its open to the floor. Thanks for the help in advance!
