Superstar Carbon seatpost owners~?

Hey

I got a problem adjusting the post, its so finaki to adjust, and when I want to adjust it down a tad, it looks like the steel clamps are not sitting flush.

I dont want to be putting it on wrong as the rocker were it adjusts is carbon aswell.

Has anyone got any pics of theirs, I can have a look at, or advise if they had the same problem?
