hi luke, i have a Cube LTD Team. i think its a fantastic bike for the money best bike i have owned. i would be careful with the anodized black frame, i have it and the paintwork can come off easy but other than that its great. hope this helps

Thanks mate, i have asked for the white and blue bike to be sent down, looks a lovely bike and the spec is good. how much does yours weigh? im assuming they will be very similar if not the same..0

I've got a race and I'm very pleased with it so far. Only thing I've changed is the pedals (as Cube obviously expect because the standard ones are just cheap rubbish). Great brakes, drivetrain and really nice forks. What's stood out most on the first few rides is that it climbs like a demon! Probably down to the impressively lightweight wheelset.
Gets lots of attention too, even in black, so a white one should draw some looks!0 -
I've got the blue and white Race Ltd, it's brilliant! Loads of people have made positive comments about it because it looks a bit different. The wife doesn't like it though, typical!
It's light, I weighed it to be 26.8 lbs (complete with after-market pedals that I fitted), good quality components all round and the finish is superb.2009 Cube Race Ltd

I have one from 08, pic in my signature. good bike, light and fast. It is a very racy arse in the air type riding position, if that’s what you want then well worth a look.
I changed the pedals as mentioned, the "free issue" pair are poo, fitted a high riser bar, and changed the tyres for winter riding, Schwalbe's are better for dryer conditions.0 -
I have a Cube ltd pro and its awesome. All the LTD series get the same overall spec ( a fork change here and there etc) and it is very food value for money. Generally they are a jack of all trades bike and can deal with XC, light DH and general road riding.
I agree though about the pedals the standard ones are crap. If you like flats I wouls suggest DMR V8's as they come in all different colours so can be a match for the blue or white on the frame and also are good value at about £25.
The only issue I have is brake fade but my LBS is sorting that out.
PS They look awesome in 2 tone. Mine is white / candy red and it gets so many looks! not always a good thing.
also i would pay to have it insured as most house insurance policies don't cover decent bikes. I pay £5 a month for a £750 bike and there is no excess (Check evans cycles for details)0 -
