Sore point

I seem to have developed some stretch marks and sore patches in the groin area (more specifically between the wedding vegetables and inner thigh). Seems to be caused by a bit of rubbing and due to the fact I can sweat a lot (suffer from hyperhidrosis - and because of this soreness can not aplly the usual stuff). Tried sudcreme, which sort of works, but wondering if I need to keep dry? It doesn't clear up off the bike. Trip to the docs?

Blokes? (Sorry couldn't resist )
My GF's friend has a baby that has a sensitive skin condition and the only thing that is clearing it up is something from the shop "lush". Its completely natural and has the same affects as sudocreme/E45. (can't remember the name of it tho unfortunately)
What do you wear underneath? A good set of wicking undershorts would def help removing the sweat... look for "rugby specfic" shorts, as they can be cheaper and wick (for me) much better.0 -
My blood runs 100% red young man haha!
Usually boxers, but it is happening off the bike: has never happened before.
I'll try some better soaps and bathing and drying 'naturally' (let 'em swing!)0 -
Talc?
I get a bit of chaffage down there, but its mainly due to my thighs carry some extra winter (all year round) fat - put talc (baby talc ) on daily and it seems to cure it.0 -
Aha, may have some of that!0

I've had similiar problems in the past and found that Germolene, the ointment, not the gel works very well. Stings a bit when it first goes on, but the effects are long lasting, it's much better than sudacreme or e45 which I don't think have a anaesthetic built in. You can get it in any chemist.gimee time, i'll think of something.........0

I used to use that years ago too!
I'll see if there is any in the medicine box.
Many thanks.0 -
I know what you mean, my mum used to put it on all my bike related cuts and grazes when I was a kid!gimee time, i'll think of something.........0
