Changed a few bits not you can see.

New tyres (proper panaracers - the red walled ones are the cheaper type)
I'm still not sure which I prefer :)
    New Truvativ Team seatpost
    Selle Italia slr xc saddle
    New SLX chainset

After a 12 year absence from mountain biking I bought the Fire Mountain Deluxe last August, a good bike but a bit weighty, and have upgraded the following:

Shimano M540 pedals - from day one
    Brakes to Avid Juicy 3
    Ritchey sealed headset
    Panaracer Dart & Smoke tyres
Front wheel - Mavic 317 on a XT hub (yet to decide the rear set up)
Bling - red Hope skewers, seat clamp and headset spacer.
    Odi grips

I keep saying I won't replace anything until it breaks but a fool and his money are easily parted....
I no longer own a Kona so the name is somewhat misleading.

I've always liked Konas of old and this one is no exception as their's just that something about the geometry 8) .
