Cheers for all the guys who replyed to my last post, i think ill probably go with the truvativ XR stem, but i cant find the bar anywhere, what about you?
Also as i am 6ft and have an 18 inch bike would a 75mm be ok or not?
Also, do i have to have a specific sized headtube or bar etc for this stem, or does it not make a difference, finally does anyone know of any good links that tell you how to fit a stem or is it too complicated to do on your own?
Cheers.

To fit, you unbolt the old one, fit the new one and adjust the headset. Park Tools has web pages on how to do this.
You need to make sure it is the right size for the bars ie 25.4 or 31.8mm bar diameter.
As for length, depends on your preference. What was the old one?
To be honest, if nothing wrong with the old one, just leave it!0 -
At wiggle the XR stem. On the picture is the 60mm, and they have the 75mm and 110mm in stock.

Can't find XR handlebar. :?
Guess you'll have to go for the Team. Or for the Holzfeller, just 30g heavier. Both £25.
The Hussefelt is 50g heavier than the Team, but a lot cheaper.0
