Shimano XT M770 chainset - which 36t middle ring?

Hi
I have a Shimano XT M770 chainset (2008) running two rings and an Ethirteen bash guard. I would like to change the middle ring for a 36 tooth ring. I have 2 questions about this:-

1) what rings are compatible and any links for good prices would be appreciated
2) how easy are they to fit...any tips would be helpful.

    I run Blackspire 24/36 rings on my XT cranks. They are very easy to fit.

    I also use Blackspire Pros. Excellent rings, and much harder wearing than the original Shimanos.
