poploc parts

ok managed to bag a poploc lever and cable on ebay but need a couple of extra parts to be able to add it to my 318 Tora's.

Dos anyone have or know where i can get the parts outlined in red in the pic below?

    your LBS might have some on some dead forks.

    Or they can order them in.

    But online i have only seen the kits as shown.

    yeah i've been hunting around and only found the full kit, off to the shop it is I reckon.
