I'm looking at upgrading my hardtail with a new set of forks. I ride my full sus most of the time but occasionally go out for a blast on the hardtail. I'll be riding some average xc stuff, fire roads, canal tow paths etc on the hardtail.
I need 100mm of travel and not too expensive (cheaper the better) any advice?

New fork for this year. Seems to be a new Marzocchi MZ with a basic rebound damper.
I'd get a a RS Tora.0 -

i've been looking at the toras, they look good.
i should have said that i still have v brakes as my hardtail is quite old but still going strong and i can't afford to upgrade my wheels, brakes etc aswell0 -
Ok, will need to find one with the bosses on. Some toras do.0
