Hi Folks
Looking for some advice on a good route from Twickenham to Newham hospital. Not worried about milage I knock out around 250m a week in training anyway am I better off staying south of the river as long as possible?
What sort of milage are most people doing on the weekly commute, I ride a lot a lot in traffic but obviously central london is a bit different from Richmond / Twicks/ Kingston any advice appreciated.

"People setting the pace too fast on the front are abused to slow down. Riders that do not share the work are abused. Riders that need abuse get abused and the abuse is done in every language so they get the message"

google has a good tool for planning routes:
http://bit.ly/5WLkZ
as does the TFL site:
http://journeyplanner.tfl.gov.uk/user/X ... P_REQUEST2
(make sure you deselect all options apart from cycling)
I would start there and refine the route as you commutte.0
