campag hood removal

very silly question but how do you un-tighten campagnolo hoods? (centtau if that helps?)
shimano is under the rubber on the outside, anyone know the equivilent?

    anyone, removed tape and realised i had no idea. loverly new bars staring me in the face, quick!!!!

    There's an allen key bolt under the rubber hoods at the back (ie. facing you when you are riding). It's a bit of a squeeze to get the key in because the rubber gets in the way a bit.

    (I am understanding you right, amn't I? You want to more or remove the ergo levers?)
