He's fairly unequivocal about what that 'old family friend' Ferrari does.
He really wants it all ways, doesn't he? His L-B-L victory was honest because the playing field was equal, BUT his MTF victory was better because he was clean. Begging the question of how a playing field can be equal if the resources are not - another point he makes about not having the chance to pioneer new methods.
Confirms most of the arguments that have been made - now, do we:
a) distrust the dirty Euro doper or
b) accept his words on face value, which begs the question as to whether we have to accept all oral testimony, including that of people like Betsy Andreu, as proof of doping.
Would be fascinated to know what Boogerd, Bartoli, Bettini and the like who were top 5 at L-B-L have to say about all this
