bar tape. Where to put it
Ive just got a pair of Cinelli palm bars with the flat top and grove for brake cable.
icnat decide wether to wrap bar tape across the flat section which just seems wrong, but sems to be the only way to keep the cable in place. if I stop the tape before the flat section then the cable hangs earlier than it should and looks like it will get in the way during a ride.
Please advise
