Planet X were doing track pumps for £10 - worth a look.'Happiness serves hardly any other purpose than to make unhappiness possible' Marcel Proust.0

The bikehut one from halfords is good £25-£30 and auto valve switching.Saracen Tenet 3 - 2015 - Dead - Replaced with a Hack Frame
Voodoo Bizango - 2014 - Dead - Hit by a car
Vitus Sentier VRS - 20170 -
Any other reccomendations ? Mine died on Friday after a good ten years loyal service. I'd like my next one to last as long ideally.0

I can't comment on the Joe Blow, but I have a topeak Mini Morph pump for when I'm out and it's fantastic.
My track pump is a Blackburn Air Tower 2, which is also very good - but a bit hit and miss as to whether the Presta connector will blow off at ~100psi, it's quite fiddly to get it on properly.0 -

My LBS wanted 40 quid for a Joeblow :shock:winter beast: http://i497.photobucket.com/albums/rr34 ... uff016.jpg

I want a good one - not just any old pump.0 -
Topeak track pumps get good reviews from most places, but you should look for yourself.
I've had the Joe Blow Sprint (34.99 & 160 psi) for a year or so and find it great for bike tyres slim or fat and footballs big or small.

+1 for the Blackburn Airtower 2.
I did have incidences of the Presta connector blowing off at 100psi but think it was a result of the long valve being smooth for half its length. Once I went back to tubes with valves with thread for the full length it stopped happening and its good to 120+psi.
I think it also comes with a lifetime guarantee.0 -
Ta for the advice - went with the halfords Joe Blow cos it was on offer, good reviews and I could pick it up during lunch.
Cheers !0
