Rule #5 // Harden The Feck Up.
Rule #9 // If you are out riding in bad weather, it means you are a badass. Period.
Rule #12 // The correct number of bikes to own is n+1.
Rule #42 // A bike race shall never be preceded with a swim and/or followed by a run.0 -
Litt - I'm expecting nothing higher than 55 min from you.FCN 2-4.

Gulp....errrm but my leg's a bit sore after coming off on Friday...and I've run out of charge juice and my tyre's a bit flat I think and my knees a bit hurty
So is anti-clockwise the direction to go
ps it's a bit windy out there you knowRoadie FCN: 3

Bit of a headwind from Robin Hood to Roehampton which might slow you down a bit. I don't think conditions today are at their optimum.FCN 2-4.

After my accident on Sunday me and a (stronger) mate managed a 46.30 for 2 laps. That's terrible. Can I put it down to my injuries?0

Well, a fairly uninspiring 61.37. I was hoping for sub 60 but I suppose with the cold and the wind and never having done it before that at least gives me some room for improvement.

"Having done it before" counts for a lot. For example, two chaps in my club have PBs of low 22mins for the 10 on our club course. But they are around two minutes apart per lap around the Park.
If it's any consolation, I'd struggle to get round in sub-60 at the moment.FCN 2-4.

i really should time my self on day, be slower than faster but be intresting never the less.0

Yep, there was of course rampant deer all over the place and I had to overtake 6 cars....JEEEEEEZUZ some people drive so slowly when you really don't want them to don''t they.
As for being a first timer I reckon CJCP you're right, knowing it will help next time. I've got another month to try and get a sub 60! :shock:Roadie FCN: 3

Me too I reckon. Fitness has been elusive so far this year. I missed riding on Saturday thanks to the machinations of a truly terrible hangover and a 12:45 Kickoff for the mighty Blues. Feeling very cross with myself today as a result.- 2023 Vielo V+1
