bottom bracket ?? help

The bottom bracket i currently have is a

i am going to change the crankset on my bike, it has a BB shell size of 73mm.
the cranks i was looking at where

they come with a bottom bracket but would this fit my bike? and i cant get my head round all this Spanish BB, Euro BB, Miid BB and american BB? :? which one do i need??
