Hi

I am going to be in London next month for a day. I have a meeting near Sloane Square.

Can anyone recommend any bike shops in the area that are worth a visit?

Cheers

Flood

Condor in Holborn is quite a historic name in British cycling and is worth a visit if you haven't been. It's nice to see their own bike line-up + their extensive (also expensive) Rapha range if that's your thing.

There is also Mosquito bikes in Angel. I heard they stock exotic bikes like Fixie Inc. but I have yet to visit that one.

Neither of them are really within walking distance from Sloan Square though.

Oh and there is this really weird bike shop that is female specific just off Kensington High Street, they only sale female specific bikes and kits. Don't remember its name though.

Hope this is what you are looking for.

Must look on the net for directions

    Thanks

Nearest tube is Chancery Lane. Walk from there north up Gray's Inn Road. It's just over the junction with Theobald's Road, on the left by the bus stop.
Swim. Bike. Run. Yeah. That's what I used to do.

You have to visit Condor on Gray's Inn Road. Probably central London's best bike shop. There is a new big CycleSugery on Pentonville Road just up from Kings Cross Station but a bit out of your way if you starting from Sloane Square. Only been in once bought a saddle.
