HI,

My wife and I are in our early 30's and have a baby who will be 2 next
June. This summer we would like to rent somewhere (maybe a villa as this gives us some space) in France would like to take in some cycling- nothing to tough as our toddler will be onboard my bike.
We would like a location that is near to one of the following Ryanair destinations (we’ll be flying from Shannon)
Carcassonne
Nantes
Paris-Beauvais

We would like somewhere that is close to the beach, offers nice cycling routes, areas for walking (beach prom etc) amenities.

Do you have any suggestions and helpful websites?

Thanks,
Patrick.

Try the Vendee, miles and miles and miles of nice flat off road cycle paths.
    Nice beaches too.

The interesting thing about France, Patrick, is that its perfectly legal to go riding through someone's vineyard and eat their grapes while you go through! A possible activity for you and your family eh? By the way, as kids often find themselves getting punctures a lot more often than adults for some reason, I have an idea about how to fix this niggling old issue. How long does it usually take you to locate a punture?
