Stickers with riders' names to apply to frames: where to buy

Hi, does anyone know of a supplier who'll make up transfers/stickers showing the rider's name, blood group etc., to be applied to the frame?

Mercian cycles do a personalised service - presumably they could send them out for you to apply yourself as they offer this service for Mercian transfers.
