Wind Proof jacket recommndation

Earlier to day i asked for recomendation for a wind proof kjacket for me. I have a 42 inch chest and ride weekedns mostly, about 50-60 mile rides.
There are a few recomendations coming through, but what about this

Not tried that jacket but got some Bicycle Line bib shorts the other day and am impressed with the quality for the price.0
