Focus Variado sizing

Hi guys
Am just on the verge of going for my first proper road bike having riden my Raleigh for 25 years!! Thinking about the Focus Variado in size XS (50cm). I am 5' 4" in height and just wondered if anyone could advise me if this size would be suitable. Wiggles site says it would be suitable for anyone up to 5' 5" and having e-mailed them, they confirmed this, but I would just like some impartial advise. Thanks alot for your help

    Im pretty sure my Focus is a small so 52cm and that has suited me as I've grown in last year up to about 5'8" so the XS should be ok

    its a really good bike, I've only just got back on it in the last few days after the winter but its quick and you can get good deals on it at Wiggle

    Thanks alot for your advice. Have gone for the XS and cant wait to get out on it and do some miles. The price is great and is as much as I want to pay at this stage.
