Calling cheery east lothian roadies...

Hi all,
I'm based in East Lothian, Scotland, and looking for some cheery riding partners happy to tootle along at a sensible pace.
I'm rediscovering the joys of the road after giving up racing years ago and becoming more of a mountain biker.
I've been suffering a bit of a back problem over the last 12 months and just getting back in the saddle.
I'm looking for some friendly faced local riding buddies for some gentle pedalling. At the moment my training routes are between 30 and 50 miles... but could probably manage a wee bit more with a cake stop. Average speeds just now tend to be around 16mph over that kind of distance.
Weekend riding mainly just now, but the odd evening ride once we've a bit more light.
Anyway, shout if anyone's up for it. Cheers, Stuart.
