I've had a stomach bug since Wednesday night and have been unable to go to work or ride my bike. Lord, I've not had a proper meal since Wednesday dinner. It's relly getting me down now and the riding HAD been going quite well.
Don't ya just hate it when things like this happen.

Could be worse - you could struggle into work but still be unable to ride.
Wishing you a speedy recovery. To err is human, but to make a real balls up takes a super computer.0 -
Could be far worse. Like getting a stomach bug half way through a 200km ride :oops:0

I've been lucky never to get that, but it always happens after a long ride, sometimes I cant go to the toilet before a ride in the morning, as if my stomach is shut down from sleep, so I go on a ride feeling abit bloated, then it is as if the position on road bikes causes your stomach to go into hibernation and all you can do is pee and let wind off!0 -
Have had these many a time, be patient, it'll go soon.
It can really get you out of rhythm, but get back on the bike as soon as you can!0
