I normally run Campag Chorus cassete on the bike when on the road. However, I have been using the turob trainer and normaly swap the rear wheel over to a training wheel and cheaper Campag cassette. Could this in any way damage the Chorus chain??

How many miles has your old chain /cassette done? Putting on old chain on a new cassette may cause it to skip or run noisily. If chain wear isn't a problem, then it won't be an issue - the main difference between cassettes is the sprocket finish/material and the use of lightweight carriers i.e. clusters of sprockets rivetted onto a aluminium carriers wherea a Mirage/Veloce cassette is made from separate steel sprockets.Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..0
