Loose crank
I have FSA team issue cranks on my bike (these; http://www.gottaridebikes.com/page/GRB/ ... OSEOUT0029) and have recently been having a pretty major issue with them;
The left (non-drive side) crank comes off! There is a large bolt in the middle which comes loose and even after brutal tightening, u cant go more than 50km without it coming loose again. By loose I mean the crank would fall off if u didnt stop to tighten it!
Its about a year old and this started happening a few months ago.
I have taken it apart and put grease on all the threads but this has made no difference..
Anyone any ideas?? :S

Hi, unfortunately the L/H crank is probably worn where it pushes on to the BB spindle. It probably came loose a while ago and wore down before you tightened it up the first time.
Only suggestion is clean crank, spindle, bolt and threads, lightly grease the spindle and use locktite on the bolt threads. Do it up realy tight and see how it goes, otherwise it's a new cranksetHe is not the messiah, he is a very naughty boy !!0
