10 under the Ben

Hi, Is anyone going to 10 under the ben in may this year? I am for the first time. any advice from people that have been before? is it well organised? good track?

    Im going to be attending the ten for the first time this year, so i don't really know much about it, but i know lots of people that have done it, if you have any specific questions, then just ask and hopefully i can find out an answer for you!!

    How hard is the course...?
    i mean know its all relativeto how fast u go but if not too much climbing wud consider solo myself.....

    Meant to b ace course.
    Bob wots the deal with midgies that time o year.
    My climbing m8s say beautiful place but wont go bak 4 fea o bein eaten alive...!
