    Thanks mate, I even emailed the Journo this evening myself to say how well written it was, especially compared to the page 3 one yesterday

    I've put on about 5 stone over the last 3 years and obviously need to loose a bit of weight myself. You've just inspired me to up the miles and dig in.

    Congratulations, and well done on not taking the easy way out. I don't mean to be disrespectful or offensive, but getting out there on the bike when you were your size couldn't have been an easy thing to do. Very, very well done. You're a proper inspiration. Keep it up, and good luck in July. :D
