Glen Fruin Road on Fixed?

Never done this road before but thinking of checking it out soon.
Any locals familiar with this road and do you reckon it's do-able on 46*17 fixed gearing?
(I could maybe soldier up Crow Road on that gearing but it wouldn't be pretty!)

yes ... used to live near there. easily doable on your fixed. i used to do it on a clunky MTB but it is not hilly.0

A guy in my work who lives in Dumbarton says it's very steep :?: although he's not a cyclist so any questions on gearing would be lost on him!0 -

the one you are talking about is steep, but still doable on your gear i'd say.0 -
