Shimano price increases!!!

Am I alone in thinking the current price for a MID-RANGE Shimano groupset is obscene? This time last year you could get a full Ultegra groupset for £440 from Parkers... its now for sale at £680!!!! Surely this will only encourage people to buy Campag - which is no bad thing IMHO...
let all your saddles be comfy and all your rides less bumpy....

    Another indirect way that we're paying for Brown's bail-out of the feckless, reckless banks...

    As for the price increases I suspect this will prod more people into going SS, or choosing components that are not obsolescent before they are even launched.
