I've only done a couple in the past.

Previous ones have always ended up being a good inter club burn up. Pecking order sorting out on the first climb with the lead guys forming into a group and then further chase groups behind.

I think it may depend on the guys on the day. If you see lots of club lycra kit , shaved legs , and hear plenty of banter then it will split

Ah I see yeah, other threads suggest it'll get a bit racy

    Does anyone know the route?
Rule #5 // Harden The Feck Up.
Rule #9 // If you are out riding in bad weather, it means you are a badass. Period.
Rule #12 // The correct number of bikes to own is n+1.
Rule #42 // A bike race shall never be preceded with a swim and/or followed by a run.

That's all I know, the old website had the route I think, but they haven't finished the new site yet.

My guess would be the plain, maybe around Stonehenge. It finishes at the Black Horse in Durnford, in the Woodford Valley, which is the first stop when coming off the plain and into Salisbury from the North West.
