Just bought this bad boy in blue, 1st ride last Sunday, needs bedding in but pleased so far and looks totally class on my blue frame!Pictures are better than words because some words are big and hard to understand.

For something minimalistic and lightweight, have a look at the Tioga Spider - http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Mode ... delID=7432
I can't vouch for how comfortable it is.
For a great all round saddle, perhaps the good old Fizik Gobi w/ titanium rails.
I can vouch for that and tell you that it is a great saddle IMHO.0 -
\I have a Specialized Toupe Team which is great and weighs next to nothing....0

I've been using one of these ( http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Mode ... elID=21949 ) for about 8 months.
It's a little bit heavier than the 135g (142g?) quoted (but what isn't!).
But it is MUCH comfier than it looks, its got that bendy shell hamock thing going on. Still recommend a pair of padded short liners though*Rock Lobster Team Tig SL (22lb 14oz)

Depends what you call light weight to be honest
for me, i wouldn't have anything over 200g0 -
I use the SLR XC with cut out, so comfy i've even put one on my Kona for 6-7 hour epics.
For the scale it's mint, there are lighter saddles (175g) but its soooo comfy (for me)Scott Scale Custom

Looks awesome, however I could buy a new sofa for the price of it0 -
Price was not one of his 3 criteria; this hits all 3 perfectly0

i looked at one of these for a while
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/bioflex-carbon-ba ... 240%3A1318
cheap, light, and supposedlu comfy??
but! i opted for one like this in the end,
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Carbon-Fiber-Bike ... 240%3A1318
just a bit of carbon on some titanium rails! and is remarkably comfy as the carbon flex's under your cheecks,
the odd unexpected thump from the surface can jarr a little but on the whole great!
but its 130g on thse kitchen scales and the saddle and my seat post (in the picture) both weigh less than my old saddle did!Timmo.
