Is my office based in the eye of the storm?

I'm sitting in my office and behind me beaming through my window is a light so bright it might as well be Jesus.

The sky is clear blue and in the distance the horizon is glazed with soft white fluffy clouds. Blend the colours a little more or gimme a spliff and it might as well be painted by Monet.

Wasn't the Earth supposed to be carpet bombed by rain today, weren't winds supposed cleanse Britain. I read reports of a storm....

Am I in the eye, is it hellish or beautiful where you are?

    The storm was yesterday - didn't you notice? :) We had an inch and a half of rain and sleet down in Hampshire.

    It was always meant to be sunny today, at least on the forecasts I saw yesterday.

    We had fog (can't see 6 feet in front of you fog) and snow yesterday.
