Head tube name badge removal

I'm doing up an old steel frame and want to remove the name badge on the front of the head tube. Looks like it's pinned in, any ideas how I can remove it.

    Try testing how soft the pins are. If they are alloy, make an indentation in the centre of the pin and take a twist drill bit for metal use in your hand and carefully drill away until you get to the badge surface. If its a steel pin, you might have to use a powered drill or electric screwdriver.
    Go carefully. When the badge is loose, pop the rivets into and out the headtube.

    If you have a headbadge which is stuck on with 3M pads, dental floss down the back in a sawing motion will cut through that.
