Chain device question

I have just aquired a couple of chain devices for my bikes both of which are bottom bracket mounting. My question is this Do these mount ok on internal BB's or do I need to use external type BB's? One of the chain devices is a Mr Dirt Gizmo and the other is an E13 DRS if this is any help.

    di the devices come as BB mounts? then they should be ok with either.

    The E13 is but I need to get myself an adapter for the Mr Dirt one.

    the adaptor may cause issues. with chain line. and check the size of the hole if using external bearings as it may be a tight fit.
