    I've not commuted by bike all week :oops: - apart from the weather the only excuse I can think of is that I'm "sympathy recovering" :lol:

    Funny you should say that Mrs ITB had bad legs pain the day after I did HOTA - we've been trapped in the house all week, even my MTB can't roll over this much snow.

    I have the choice long slow cold walks or the turbo trainer - better find my winter boots :wink:
