    And for gods sake please dont direct the group through a mcdonalds drive through its slightly embarrasing when they dont have the right money on them.

    Sit on the back of the group and then sprint for the last 100 metres to the cafe...

    That's is useful. On my first group rides I thought I was being polite by sticking at the back (typical English reserve)
