Hi all,
Just bought a '05 Stumpjumper with Manitou Black (according to decals on legs) forks.
Would a set of Rebas from a Rockhopper fit - Ithink they are the same travel and would it be worth doing?
TIA
John

What travel are the Black's, if they're 100mm then the Reba's would be a good upgrade.
What brake mount have the Black's got Post Mount? if you get new forks you will need to either get the same mount type, or get an adaptor, which may mean a bigger rotor up front too, depends on the current brake set up.0 -
Ive got a complete front end off a 08 Rockhopper - rear end knackered after collision with Fiesta, so was thinking I could drop it straight in, is this possible?0

yes. Just have a read about headsets and crown races on parktools as you will need to swap crown races over. also check that the steerer tubes are about the same length."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Done it this morning, pretty straightforward really. Thanks for the help.
