Really interesting article in the Sun today promoting road safety from a different angle and a great idea it is too

They do this in France for road accidents.
Instead of the little shrine with wilted flowers and football scarves, the local authority puts up one flat person-sized cut-out for each individual killed in a road accident at a particular spot. We passed loads of these when cycling down through the country. The most chilling ones were the groups of two adult sized cut-outs and two or three child-sized ones beside.
They do make you think (at least the first few times).0 -
In Australia (W.A. at least) they have white crosses for road fatalities. They are absolutely everywhere!!
Interesting/ disturbing to note in the sun article that most were early middle aged. Just when you think your still sharp and benifiting from all your experience.Why not? My bikes.
