Which Gloves

Hi,

I cycle 17 miles, twice every day. At the moment i am using some screamer waterproof gloves, which i think are for skiing. Basically they are waterproof but they are so warm they make your hands sweat. Can anyone suggest a decent set of gloves. I don't want to spend a fortune.

I bought some Altura Night Vision gloves at the beginning of the winter. They seem fine to me - I've used them both for commuting and MTBing, and they are just about warm enough in the coldest weather while still retaining a feel of the bars. Dunno how they would be on drop bars though...

I use some Castelli ones - Max Due. Very warm with plenty of wrist cover.

seal skinz for me..been using thier mountain bike gloves at wrk and they are great

I've got some Endura Strike gloves for cold weather - really toasty! But no good is the temp is above about 4 degrees...

I bought some Seal Skinz technical mountain bike gloves (cold weather comfort). Unfortunately they don't keep my hands warm if the temperatures are below 3°C. My hands are cold after 10 minutes. If you easily feel the cold I wouldn't recommend them for really cold days.

He's after gloves that /don't/ get too warm!

I'd be interested too, my endura ones are a little too much.

Mind you I have been known to wear standard woolly or leather gloves under fingerless bike gloves - not waterproof, mind...
