Fitting new Crankset and BB

Have an XTR crankset turning up tomorrow hopefully, if not Monday.
I have read my Park Tools book and checked out a couple of youtube vid clips - and it appears a pretty simple job.
I bought the 2 tools needed to do the job too - so am pretty confident I will be ok.
Has anyone any little tips/tricks that they can add to my arsenal before I start the job?

Don't thread the bottom bracket is probably the best tip and clean and re-grease all threads.
Just take your time.0 -
get the frame faced, and read the shimano fitting instructions."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
Parktools :?:SheldonBrown0 -
Frame should be ok as the current BB has only been on 250 miles from new.
Shimano instructions read - they seemed pretty simple too.
Hope am not missing something as it all seems pretty simple!0
