Hi, anyone own or ever owned a pair of these?

They seem to be good sellers but the reviews are shite.
I like the look of them, but want them to last, any other suggestions would be appreciated.

yeah ive got some. wouldnt wear them on my bike. just wear them as casual shorts.
if its wet they would get heavy. and too thick for the summer. i should of read the reviews before i bought mine "My life is like a porno-movie, without the sex".0 -

their good.
i love mace shorts personally but was after some water proof ones. went out and were soaked trough straight away.
gonna try some altura water proof ones next, dryline i think."My life is like a porno-movie, without the sex".0 -
I replaced my Humvees with some, and I like them but maybe not quite as much as the Humvees on the whole. They feel much sturdier, but they're a little closer fitting than the Humvees and so the pockets aren't quite as useful. I've only worn mine a few times and the Teflon certainly helps with shedding some water although no doubt it'll wear off soon enough. But they're not waterproof and Endura don't claim they are so don't have too high expectations on that front.0

no but they do say their water resistant. mine were soaked through after 5mins!!
perhaps i got some bad ones, again "My life is like a porno-movie, without the sex".0 -
I've had a couple of pairs and worn them loads, they're showerproof - ish until they've been washe a couple of times then that's it.
Otherwise good shorts though - plenty of zippy pockets and venty bits.Be happy, communicate happiness.0 -
Cheers guys, I might as well try a pair as my current ones are wearing out :oops:http://www.bikeradar.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=12851595

yep what ^he said, just don't get it
anyways i think the singletracks are useless as the belt system just does'nt work. go humvee+nikwax? or something else i reckon.0
