what oil for dirtjampro

Hi i currently have the above forks what wt oil would you suggest for an 11stone rider they currently rebound v slowly also how much do i put in each leg

    what year is the fork?

    lets guess it is an After market 2006 fork.

    7.5wt oil will be fine for you.

    and there is an internal rebound adjuster maybe in needs adjusting .
