Sidi SRS replacements

Afternoon all,
For my daily commute, I own a pair of 4 year old Sidi mtb shoes that have the Sole Replace System (SRS). They're now in need of their second replacement, but I'm having real difficulty finding a supplier.
Most have very limited stock (and none in medium) but seem to have plenty of the 'Dragon Only' version - Are they in the process of phasing out the old sole for this new one, hence the running down of stock?
More to the point, Does anyone know if I can use the new Dragon version on older shoes (which someone at work reckons you can) or anyone who still stocks the older version in medium?
