    Yes yes it's done - i've done the route 3 times and both lunch and dinner are sorted, any one who wants overnight accommodation will need to let me know soon.

    Probably a few days or so, it's only £29 though.

    Well that was an easy £29 potentially donated to charity. A lot easier to do that 5 minutes after having paid my tax bill.

    Now we just have to see how much riding I can handle between then and now. Or not.

    Okay so how about doing the easy Highclere CommuniCat on the 7th June as a warm up only 46 miles....?

    202km / 126mile MagnifiCat - big challenge for experienced and competitive cyclists
    123km / 77mile Route77Cat - intermediate challenge for experienced and club cyclists
    73km / 46mile CommuniCat - designed for first time sportive and aspiring leisure cyclists
    1.5km / 1mile KiddiCat - new - a multi-lap charity challenge for the family

    Kiddicat - reckon I'll be back up to that distance by June after being flogged alive this Sunday......

    Honestly now, part of me has loved the getting ready for a big ride blah blah blah but quite frankly now it is nearly upon me I am feeling blinking terrified!

    I'm off to clean my bike.....

    Yeah, but the Dragon is supposed to be a warm up for L2P - I'll be riding more in June that a domestique in a Grand Tour at this rate!

    And I still have to overcome the slight problem of not having a fully functioning back. I'm riding again, but I've not tried anything longer than a commute...
