Need HT with Juicy 5s and Sram X gears for under a grand

I'm going to get a bike on the 'cycle to work' scheme and I'm going to use it to complement my existing full susser so I need it to have the same kit in order to be able to 'steal' bits when necessary.
I need SRAM X 1:1 gears. A minimum of Avid Juicy 5s, a decent 100mm fork for cross country use. The frame needs to be in the 14 to 16 inch size range and cross country capable, not jump specific. A women specific frame would be ok. I'm not a fan of integrated headsets or oversize bar/stem combos.
Any ideas?

Boardman? Arent womens specific, but a few changes will alter that.
Many headsets are now internal, and oversized stuff is either here nor there really. I wouldn't let it put you off.0 -
Wow! thanks! just looked at the website:

The top of the range hardtail has it all and under a grand... just gotta find a 'cycle to work' scheme member and I'm sorted!
Amazing value!0 -
actually, Boardman bikes are Halfords only - I think Halfords were an early partner of the cycle to work scheme, I'll find out tomorrow...0

Halfords have their own scheme, my work is going with the independent retailer scheme so Boardman bikes are out, any more ideas?0
