Oh yes.

Plenty of good singletrack to be found off the main bridleways.
The whole place is pretty muddy at this time of year though.

Not local for me but normally ride there a couple of times a month.

Check out the link below for group ride every Saturday.
Meet in the car park behind the golf course at Chingford for an 11am start.
Despite the group name age not an isssue.

Yep there are a couple of semi Downhil bits great fun, but as above
to boggy to ride some of these at the moment.

Also take a look at this site a friend of mine has started up
ridexc.com
Room for improvement but the advise is there

The over 35 club wouldnt bother to many of them a few friends ride
with them once but with so many just to slow, but give it a go and
see if you like Epping Forest
