Hello,

Hopefully a simple question?

Which stand is best, Minoura W-3100 Workstand or Park PCS10?

Want a good sturdy stand to clamp either saddle stem of bike frame.
Need to store in shed dismantled but not too bothered about compact size.
Will be used for general maintainence, cleaning, brake/gear adjustments on mountain bike.

Thanks in Advance

PJ

I have the Minoura, but I only paid £50 for it (Halfords). It's very good, but I find it sometimes a wee bit unstable left/right, with the bike clamped by the seatpost it doesn't take an awful lot to unbalance it with the rear wheel out. But still, it's better than most of the cheapies, superb clamp.

    Thanks for your replies.

I'm swaying more to the Park as I believe the Minoura is not height adjustable. Is this correct.

Probably go out tomorrow and get one.

    Cheers

Yep, that's right, no height adjust on the minoura. Not really a problem tbh but if you think it'll be useful then go park.
