Bit of a prang this morning

A cyclist was knocked off his bike and pretty badly injured right in front of me at about 7:30 this morning while I was waiting at a junction.

The cyclist had a fluoro jacket but no lights or helmet and was tazzing along the main road. The car in front of me just pulled out in time-honoured 'sorry mate I didn't see you' stylee. Not a good start to the day :(

    7.30 is quite early for no lights at the moment.

    Was the cyclist undertaking the car at the time? Also was the car indicating? If it's yes to both of these then I think it's a case of "don't be such a dozy beggar in future!".
