Chain Slap/ floppy

Hey

I got a new chain (KMC X9L).

I meassured the old chain with the new one, but it seems like its sometimes rubbing on the front mech (only when its bumpy) But when I do a jump it slap the chain stay so much I can here the metal.

Any ideas guys, should I take a link off?

Been looking through the forum, and it might seem to tighten the the rear mech, its a xt shadow, how do I do this?

I never understood that park manual.

Will have to play around or down the lbs.
